The ViPR is designed with the specific purpose of moving the body 3-dimensionally in combination with adding extra weight. This improves vitality , performance and reconditioning . ViPR introduces a new concept in rehabilitation and sports conditioning: Loaded Movement Training. Loaded Movement Training combines task-oriented movement patterns with resistance training . Adding weight to movements gives the body a double benefit: your patient learns to move better and at the same time he/she becomes stronger and fitter. Each exercise becomes a core exercise, a strength exercise and an agility movement. Benefits of Loaded Movement Training are:
