Separation textiles or also called anti-tear textiles are textile products that are safe for use in seclusion cells, EBK or isolation cells in psychiatric hospitals, police cells, penitentiary institutions, cells in detention centers and for mentally retarded care institutions.
The anti-tear linen must be permanently flame retardant, it must have high tear strength and high tensile strength.
Due to the special construction, the isolation blankets , isolation clothing such as; separation shirts, separation trousers, separation cushions and separation mattresses suitable for isolation rooms.
These items are also suitable for use in the Extra Secure Room (EBK).
2 DIFFERENT QUALITIES OF SEPARATING TEXTILES IN OUR RANGE:
1. The Convenience Line (blue)* has a high tear strength and a high tensile strength and the fabric is very comfortable and permanently flame retardant. Most anti-tear items are made for this separator line. For example, we have separation blankets or anti-tear blankets, separation shirts, separation shorts, separation dresses, separation mattress covers, separation pillows, separation pillowcases, separation sheets and separation pants; see more info below.
2. The strongest separation textile is our Advanced Line (Beige) . This line of anti-tear textiles is made of anti-tear linen with extremely high tear strength, extremely high tensile strength, extremely fireproof. Institutions with intellectual disabilities, psychiatric institutions and psychiatric hospitals use the advance line for patients where the textile must be extremely resistant to aggression.

The neck, sleeves and bottom hem have extra topstitching.

2. ANTI-TEAR BLANKET 150 X 200 CM. SERIES V JEANS BLUE
Blanket is completely stitched in diamond shapes, extra reinforced all around by special stitching strips. Intermediate layer is provided with a flame-retardant fleece line. Top and bottom: flame retardant fabric, ppan-fr/cotton/para-aramid/pa/Static-ControlTM 49/42/5/3/1% Weave 2/1 twill, Ripstop, Inherently flame resistant. High comfort, suitable for medium to heavy risk.
3. ANTI-TEAR BLANKET XL 150 X 250 CM
Separation blanket convenience line in extra long length.
Blanket is completely stitched in diamond shapes, extra reinforced all around by special stitching strips. Intermediate layer is provided with a flame-retardant fleece line.
Top and bottom: flame retardant fabric, ppan-fr/cotton/para-aramid/pa/Static-ControlTM 49/42/5/3/1% Weave 2/1 twill, Ripstop, Inherently flame resistant.
High comfort, suitable for medium to heavy risk. Extra large size.
4. ANTI-TEAR SHORTS LANO CON.LINE UNIVERSAL JEANS BLUE
Fabric composition: ppan-fr/cotton/para-aramid/pa/ Static-ControlTM 49/42/5/3/1%, Binding 2/1 twill, Ripstop, Inherently flame-resistant , approx. 300 gr/m²
Short legs. Elastic waistband with extra stitching.
Can be combined well with the LANO shirt.

5. ANTI-TEAR SHIRT CONVEN.LINE UNIVERSAL JEANS BLUE
Fabric composition: ppan-fr/cotton/para-aramid/pa/ Static-ControlTM 49/42/5/3/1%, Binding 2/1 twill, Ripstop, Inherently flame-resistant, approx. 300 gr/m².
Shirt in long model, length approx. 125 cm in Universal sizing.
Neck sleeves and bottom extra topstitched, neck sleeves extra reinforced, definitely do not bleach.
High comfort, suitable for medium to heavy risk.
6. ANTI-TEAR MATTRESS COVER
Anti-tear mattress cover.
Mattress cover that protects the mattress all around for clients with tearing behavior.
The cover closes with strap locks (not required for the 5 pieces included) on the short side of the mattress.
7. ANTI-CRACK FLAME RETARDANT
Anti-tear demolition convenience line.
Fabric composition: ppan-fr/cotton/para-aramid/pa/ Static-ControlTM 49/42/5/3/1%, Binding 2/1 twill, Ripstop, Inherently flame-resistant, approx. 300 gr/m².
Dimensions: 60 x 70 cm + weft 20 cm
Not suitable for use in a separation/isolation room.
8. ANTI-TEAR CLOTH J/B FLAME RETARDANT
Separate sheet SL47
Anti-tear fabric J/B, ppan-fr/cotton/para-aramid/pa/ Static-ControlTM 49/42/5/3/1%, Binding 2/1 twill, Ripstop, Inherently flame-resistant, approx. 300 gr/m²
Dimensions: 150 x 270 cm.
High comfort, suitable for medium to heavy risk.
9. SEPARATE PILLOW ART. J/B 60 X 70 CM. JEANS BLUE
Separating cushion J/B
Flame retardant filling 650 gr, covered with anti-tear fabric J/B, ppan-fr/cotton/para-aramid/pa/ Static-ControlTM 49/42/5/3/1%,
Binding 2/1 twill, Ripstop, Inherently flame-resistant, approx. 300 gr/m²
Completely stitched, washable 60° C, dimensions. 60x70 cm.

- The Convenience Line is sufficient in strength for 90% of users.
- The Advance line is at least 4x stronger in dust and is used for users with an increased risk.
