Smith machine : A Smith machine is a fitness machine that consists of a barbell and a frame. The barbell is attached to a vertical guide bar with hooks, which makes training extra safe. Weight plates with a 50 mm opening are hung on either side of the barbell (not included). Possible exercises include squats, bench press, shrugs, ... Additional workstations are provided on the frame, such as a landmine, roller for sit-ups, pull-up bar.

Additional supports for working with a loose barbell make it possible to convert this device into a full-fledged half rack .

The pulling devices can be used unilaterally or bilaterally, isolated or functionally, depending on the user's objective and capabilities. Both pulling devices have a weight stack of 90 kg, selectable in 7.5 kg increments with a magnetic safety pin.
