Order information for private customers

At Thuiszorg Webshop you can order safely and securely via our protected payment environment.

Choose from various trusted payment methods:

• Direct online: Easily pay via Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa or PayPal.

• Via your bank: Use the trusted payment buttons from Belfius or KBC/CBC.

• Pay later: You have the possibility to pay afterwards via Klarna.

Order information for professionals (with or without VAT number)

At Thuiszorg Webshop we offer several simple ways for healthcare professionals and institutions to place orders.

1. Online via the webshop

You can place your order directly via our website.

• Payment method: Choose the option "Pay by invoice" during checkout. Your order will be shipped and you have up to 30 days after delivery to complete payment.

• Processing: Payment can be completed afterwards via bank transfer – Peppol

  

2. Via email or catalogue

Do you use your own purchasing system or our paper catalogue?

• Email: Send your purchase order to info@thuiszorgwebshop.be

• Catalogue: You can complete the order form from the catalogue and send it scanned to the above email address.

• Payment term: After delivery you receive the invoice with a standard payment term of 30 days.
