If the received item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return label to be requested within 30 days of receipt. Free for purchases > €65; otherwise we deduct €7 for shipping costs.

Is the purchase value of the item greater than €65?
YES: free returns when: item value > €65, within 30 days, complete, undamaged, unused and in original packaging.
Then you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs.
NO: return with €7 fee for item value <= €65 and otherwise the same conditions.
When can you not return?
- After a 30‑day cooling-off period
- Incomplete, damaged, used/worn/washed
- No original packaging
- Hygiene products (exceptions)
