To be entitled to a concession, you must meet a number of conditions:
~You must be recognized by the VAPH as a person with disabilities
~You must be under 65 years of age when you first request support from the VAPH
~You must live in Flanders or the Brussels Capital Region

How do you apply for a grant from our Home Care Webshop?
Steps in purchasing a concessional tool
1. You are interested in a tool on the Home CareWebshop + at the bottom of the tool is there
For your information:If you are a member of the VAPH, you can request the refund for this tool
2. You first apply for approval at the VAPH, how you do this you will find on the site of the VAPH: Apply for a grant
3. You can now in fact purchase the tool once your request has been submitted, but with the risk that there will be no approval from the VAPH and therefore no refund.We recommend you wait until your application is approved.
4. Your application has been approved, now you can proceed to purchase your tool, this can be done in two ways:
~ You pay the invoice first for your tool to us and deliver the original invoice with proof of payment to VAPH. This way, the VAPh can refund the invoice.
~ You can follow the third-payer scheme via us you prefer that the VAPH itself pays the invoice directly to us. By means of the letter you give us permission to claim the money from the VAPH.
If you choose this way, fill out the form Permission to pay directly to the supplier You will deliver this signed power of attorney (signed by the person with disabilities) to the VAPH by post. At the bottom of the document are the postal addresses per province.

5. Once the VAPH receives the original invoice or signed power of attorney, they shall refund the purchased tools.
