In the car seat:
- Check that the shoulder straps of the car seat are at the right height, usually adjustable. They must leave at the child's shoulder height.
- Click on the child with all straps provided in the car seat and make sure that they rest flat (not turned) on the body.
- Tighten the straps sufficiently; it may have a maximum of 1 cm slot. This means that you can just push your finger between the strap and the child's shoulders.
- During the ride check regularly that your child does not wring himself out of the straps.
In the booster cushion:
- Click on the seat belt of the car to hold your child. The upper part of the belt must also leave at shoulder height so that it cannot cut into the child's neck. The correct height can be adjusted via the red seat back belt guide.
