With own network provider (proximus/orange etc):   

- Single registration fee of 30 Euro
- 0.35 cent/day or 10.50 Euro/month
- With alarm system as backup: 0.15 cent/day or 4.49 Euro/month ADDITIONAL
- 17.50 Euro per alarm system handling

With own network provider (proximus/orange etc):   

- One time 149eu for purchasing the SOS button and activated SIM card for in the SOC button.
- Single registration fee of 30 Euro
- 0.75 cent/day or 22.50 Euro/month
- With alarm system as backup: 0.15 cent/day or 5 Euro/month ADDITIONAL
- 17.50 Euro per alarm system handling



Do I need a medical indication for this?

No, to use the personal alarm service you do not need a medical statement from your general practitioner/doctor.

Is the personal alarm service available near me?

Yes, this service is available throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, our personal alarm service is cancelable by the month.

Is it necessary that I pay the annual subscription fee in advance?

Yes, subscription fees are automatically cashed.

Is it being reimbursed by my insurance company?

Yes, in some cases the service is reimbursed by your insurance. However, this varies from one insurance company to another and from one country to another. In the Netherlands you may need a medical certificate from your doctor and in Belgium you may be able to call on the healthcare allowance.

Is it possible to use both the app, phone and SOS button?

Yes, it is possible to use all of these, everything is connected to the system.

Can professional care follow-up be sent when alarm is being triggered?

Yes, in consultation any professional care follow-up can be called up, we are independent.

Has your equipment been approved and how do I know if the device works?

Yes, all our equipment is approved and tested before the system, the battery must be charged regularly (~1x per day) for your smartphone and SOS button and there must be GPS/GPRS coverage.

Which Smartphone do I need for the App?

The most commonly used Smartphones can be used for downloading the App, especially those from Samsung, Apple, Windows and many others, because the App runs on Android, IoS and Windows. Call us if you are not sure.
