Treatment:

- Fever-bearing agents: If you have a fever, you can use paracetamol to relieve the symptoms.
- Protection: Wear a hat or cap and use sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your skin from burning.

- Sunscreen: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, and apply it generously to your skin 15-30 minutes before going outside.
