You have to:
- Clear time: To go to the person, be present, do shopping, prepare things like cooking at home,...
- Consistent are: You know how important it is.
- Preparing for emergency situations: In between, something can always go wrong, then you must be able to be present as soon as possible. You must be willing to go through weather and wind for that person.
- Emotionally strong: Many people have difficulty accepting their limitations, sometimes all their lives are affected and changed by them. That is difficult, both for patient and for caregiver. As a caregiver you always have to be the sun in the house, be optimistic, cope with suffering around you, i.e. have a strong personality.
- Having your own life in order: If you don't have your own life in order, you can hardly be a good caregiver. You can forget all the above points. So, besides your work, carry out your job as a caregiver and your family take good care of yourself!
Thank you to all the carers for being so wonderful!
