Finger & hand exercise ball

These gel-like exercise balls are available in 5 consecutive strengths. Because of their properties, they are excellent for (almost) isometric reinforcement * of the forearm and hand muscles. They are used for hand rehabilitation, sports training and as a stress ball.

* Isometric muscle work : static muscle work. Isometric muscular labor often precedes dynamic muscular labor. If we want to lift a heavy weight off the ground, we must first build up so much tension in the muscle that the weight can be overcome. Isometric contraction provides a strong training stimulus for the muscle and as a result, an increase in strength is achieved quickly.
