Comfortable and lightweight: heel and ankle protectors, equipped with a silicone gel cushion in a breathable stretch Coolband. The special shape of the gel also protects the ankles on both sides, which is useful when lying on your side. GelBodies™ have been developed for long-term use, however it is recommended not to wear them for more than 12 out of 24 hours per day. Available in 3 sizes. For sizing, measure the circumference of the ankle just above the ankle bone. When in doubt, take the larger size. The Coolband is washed at 40°C.

To clean the gel, remove the Coolband and clean the gel with a damp cloth and a normal household cleaning product. It is not recommended to soak the gel. Under no circumstances should the silicone gel be put in the washing machine or dryer.
