- Customer Delivery Verification
- An email is sent only once when a new customer places an order via Wire Transfer or Pay After Delivery, notifying recipients defined in General Settings. No emails are sent for existing or verified customers, other payment methods, or after “Pay After Invoice” is checked.

- FTP File Transfter
- US-12: When “Transfer File via FTP” is enabled, orders and inventories are automatically transferred between Odoo and the vendor via FTP with full logging and failure notifications. If FTP is not enabled, order emails with supplier-specific details and tracking links are sent automatically. Vendors can securely submit tracking numbers and shipping dates via unique links, updating and validating orders in Odoo without manual intervention.
