Ideal seating position:
- Arms loosely next to the hull
- Shoulders relaxed
- Forearms parallel to ground
- Hands at elbow height, 90° to upper arm
- Back has a natural S curve
- Knees have an angle of more than 95°
- Feet stand apart
- Head is nicely straight, balanced and looks forward to the body
- Eyes look down slightly.

Ideal stand-up position:

- Hands at elbow height, 90° to upper arm

- Knees are slightly above
- Feet are slightly disintegrated, pointing outwards.
- Head is nicely straight, balanced and looks forward to the body
- Eyes look down slightly.
- Important!Comfortable standing requires a permanent movement of the user. A little more leaning on the left or right foot, the knees move a bit and light movement of body contributes to a very comfortable and long-lasting healthy way of standing up.
