What are the shipping costs?

The prices listed on the product pages are including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

Belgium

• Orders below €65: €6.50 for home delivery.

Netherlands

• Orders below €65: €6.50

France

• €10

Other countries

International deliveries are handled by courier services (GLS). Delivery usually takes place on the next working day between 08:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact delivery time.

You will always receive a track & trace e-mail to follow your shipment.

Can I collect my order myself?

Collection is possible in exceptional cases. Please contact us via info@soinsonline.be.

Incorrect delivery address

If you entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to update it. If the order has already been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

A €5 reshipping fee will be charged if items need to be resent. Contact us via info@soinsonline.be for questions.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, new shipping costs will be charged. Please verify all address details before placing your order.

If you do not wish the package to be resent, a restocking fee of €6 will be deducted from the total order amount.
